Q: What are your shipping options within the United States?

A: We offer two varieties of shipping options:

  • $0-$40: $3.00 Shipping
  • $40.01 and above: Free Shipping

 

Q: What shipping carrier do you use?

A: For shipping within the USA, HoH Fashion utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS). For shipping to Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom, HoH Fashion utilities FedEx.

 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Depending on the shipping option you chose at checkout, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. After your order is processed, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming that your order has been shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS. On the menu bar of our website, you will find a Track My Order tab for your convenience.

 

Q: How do I search for a specific item?

A: In the top right hand corner of the site, there is a search icon where you can input the name of the item or other helpful keywords. If you cannot find it, it is likely I have removed it from the site being sold out.

 

Q: What is considered a Final Sale?

A: All swimwear, bodysuits and clearance items are final sale due to the sensitive fit of the items. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

 

Q: Why is my coupon code not working?

A: If you are having an issue with your coupon code please contact us at help@shophohfashion.com or DM me on social media (Instagram & Facebook) as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.

 

Q: What should I do if my order has not been delivered during the estimated arrival time?

A: Please contact your local USPS or UPS location dependent on the shipping service your order was to be delivered by, which can be found in your email. If after contacting the shipping provider you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact me at help@shophohfashion.com and I or my virtual team will be happy to assist you.

 

Q: How do I know if I successfully completed my order?

A: Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. When you order is complete you will be transferred to a confirmation page containing your order number. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at help@shophohfashion.com.

 

Q: Can I make changes to my order once it is confirmed?

A: Please send us an email as soon as possible if you would like to change something in your order. Please note that we cannot ensure that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available. Orders that have already been shipped out are unable to be changed as they are out for delivery. You will then need to go through the return process or make another order.

 

Q: How do I start a return or an exchange?

A: At the footer of our website, I detail the return and exchange policy. Please look for more information.

 

Q: I received a damaged item. What is my next step?

A: In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, as I perform quality checks before shipping ALL items, please alert us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. We will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
